Patriotic weekend full of attractions
On the evening of Saturday, November 8, we will celebrate Independence Day during a special patriotic concert, during which Polish poetry will be recited for you by an outstanding actor of the Polish theatre and film scene: Jerzy Zelnik. We invite you to follow the information on the website and our social media, where ticket sales will start soon.
Goose for St. Martin's Day
Once again, we are joining the nationwide Slow Food Poland campaign: Goose for St. Martin's Day, by introducing a special menu with Polish goose and pumpkin as the main ingredients to our Masztalerz Restaurant offer. Among the dishes, you will find excellent, modern interpretations of traditional meals prepared by our Chef. There will also be the well-known and loved St. Martin's croissants in the Janów style. The menu premiere will take place on November 8 during an elegant tasting dinner, during which you will have the opportunity to try white, young St. Martin's wine, made from grapes harvested in September 2025. The uniqueness of the wine from the Polish Turnau Vineyard will be presented to you during the dinner by Stanisław Pachulec, a wine enthusiast and taster with extensive knowledge about the wine-making process.
