We are slowly saying goodbye to the summer season, so changes are coming to the current menu! A breath of autumn has arrived at the Masztalerz restaurant. From now on, new culinary items combining classic and modern elements are available on the menu. Come and discover the flavor proposals waiting for you in the upcoming autumn season.
Here are the new dishes on the Masztalerz restaurant menu:
- Cauliflower steak - a plant-based proposition in grand style: cauliflower puree and crunch combined with a citrus jelly. Lightness and character in one dish.
- Rigatoni with roasted morels - pasta in an interesting composition with burrata, tomatoes, and Parmesan. Forest flavors in a velvety, Italian version.
- Nadbużański żurek - traditional żurek in a new edition: with breaded potato, white sausage, and egg yolk powder. A taste that evokes homemade memories but in a refined form.
- Bouillabaisse with takoyaki - aromatic French fish soup served with mussels and shrimp. A perfect choice for seafood lovers.
- Beef carpaccio - a classic of Italian cuisine in a masterful arrangement: Parmesan, capers, and arugula with truffle mayonnaise and onion chips.
- Salmon spring rolls - kohlrabi, mango sauce, and salmon caviar in a surprising combination. The whole complemented by parsley mayonnaise – an exotic flavor in an elegant presentation.
